Choosing The Right Multistage Pumps for Your Projects From Denor Factory. Please Meet Us: We provide not only water pumps, but solutions for the users.
Multistage pumps are defined as pumps in which the fluid flows through several impellers fitted in series.
A multistage pump is a type of centrifugal pump designed with multiple impellers (stages) mounted in series on a single shaft, housed within a single casing. Each impeller acts as an independent pump; as the fluid passes through each successive stage, its pressure (head) is increased incrementally. It can make higher pressure than single stage pump, widely used at various sites that request high pressure.
According to different structure, it with two types:
Vertical multistage centrifugal pump: It is a type of inline pumps, with a vertical shaft, and mounted impellers.
Horizontal Multistage Centrifugal Pump: This type centrifugal pump contains a horizontal shaft mounted impellers.
Main Applications:
High-rise building water supply
Boiler feed water in power plants
Reverse Osmosis (RO) high-pressure feed
Mine dewatering
Pipeline boosting
High-pressure cleaning systems
