Double Drum Sewage Grinder

Double drum sewage grinder, equipped with dual-shaft cutters and double screen drums, can be adapted to different open channels through various mounting frames. The channel sewage grinder can crush the suspended and floating garbage into 6 mm ~ 12 mm particles, allowing sewage to flow safely through pumps, pipes, valves, etc.

Our Denor double drum sewage grinder suitable for large channels, double drum and dual-shaft cutters design, greater flow. We have been a professional manufacturer of double screen drum channel sewage grinders in China since 2005.

 

The double drum sewage grinder is a high torque, low rotating speed and double shaft grinder under water. It is designed to pulverizing all kinds of solid waste (rags, wipes, clothing, diapers, plastics, wood, aluminum can, glass bottle and other debris) to 6~12mm in the wastewater and sludge to protect pumps, prevents binding and clogging problems.

 

we also can be tailored to meet your specific site requirements and is pre-engineered, pre-assembled, compact, and designed for below-grade installation. It works seamlessly with gravity sewer systems and fits anywhere while breaking down solid waste and debris to guard pumps and prevent sewer clogs.

 

Double Drum grinder sewage principle:

 

1. Solids enter grinder area through open channel;

2. Solid particles are trapped by the drum and exported to the cutting room;

3. Solid particles are cut and pass through the cutting chamber;

4. The crushed particles flow downstream.

 


Denor have grinders specifically designed for high flow and easy serviceability when it comes to sewage. Double drum wastewater grinder, suitable to flow rate over 1100 m3/hour. We also have ideal grinders for smaller wastewater pump stations, or high-flow wastewater grinders for headworks.  In large sewage pump stations, clogging problems are often avoided by installing a chopper pump in the tank.

 

The channel sewage grinder is widely used in open channel (well), integrated prefabricated pump station, wastewater treatment plant, municipal sewage systems, Industrial and commercial and residential district pipe network engineering, sewage lifting project etc.
