Double Drum grinder sewage principle:

• Solids Enter: Wastewater and solids flow into the grinder area through the open channel.
• Capture & Transport: Solids (rags, wipes, plastics, wood, etc.) are trapped by the rotating drums and guided into the cutting chamber.
• Pulverizing: Dual-shaft cutters with high torque shear solids into small pieces (6-12mm).
• Discharge: The homogenized particles flow downstream without causing blockages.
