The Inline Single-Stage Pump: a high-efficiency, space-saving centrifugal pump engineered for versatile applications and flexible installation. Our factory-engineered inline single-stage pumps deliver efficient, trouble-free operation for your system.

 

Its defining characteristic is that its suction and discharge ports are aligned on the same axis (in-line), allowing it to be installed directly within a pipeline without the need for complex piping bends or a dedicated baseplate.

 

Features

  • In-Line Configuration: The pump motor and volute are arranged in a straight-line fashion. The suction inlet and discharge outlet are typically flanged and lie on the same centerline, enabling direct installation in the piping system. This saves significant space compared to end-suction pumps with perpendicular ports.
  • Single-Stage Impeller: It employs only one impeller, which means it adds energy to the fluid in a single step. This makes it ideal for applications requiring moderate flow rates and heads (pressure).
  • Compact & Space-Saving: Its streamlined design requires a very small footprint, making it an excellent choice for confined spaces like mechanical rooms, skids, or retrofit projects.
  • Closed Impeller: Most common models use a closed impeller for higher efficiency in handling clean liquids.
  • Back-Pull-Out Design: Many inline pumps feature a back-pull-out design, allowing the rotating assembly (impeller, shaft, bearing bracket) to be removed for maintenance without disconnecting the pump casing from the pipeline. This drastically reduces downtime.

Constructed with high-quality stainless steel (Cast iron and other materials optional), the Vertical Inline pump offers excellent corrosion resistance and durability. The advanced hydraulic design of the impeller ensures optimal performance and efficiency.

 

Our Vertical Inline pump is easy to maintain, with a user-friendly design that allows for simple disassembly and cleaning. It offers significant energy savings, reducing operating costs for your facility.
