Our Rotary Mechanical Bar Screen is a automatic equipment that is installed directly in the channels of wastewater, which can continuously and automatically intercept and remove all kinds of shapes and sundries in the fluid. 

 

The Rotary Mechanical Bar Screen reduces costs and complications for pump stations and wastewater treatment plants by removing channel debris before it can damage downstream equipment.

 

How it works?
Rotary Bar Screen machine is a unique rake assembled into a group of revolving grille chains. Under the drive of the motor reducer, the chain of the rake chain turns against the water flow.


When the rake teeth chain runs to the upper part of the equipment , due to the guide of the groove wheel and the bending rail , a relatively self - cleaning movement is generated between each group of rakes. Most of the solid matters fall by gravity , and the other part is used for cleaning the sundries stuck on the rake teeth by the reverse motion of the sweeper .

 

Feature

3. It is easy to maintain and there is no fixing screw in the underwater part of the grid body.

4. Fully automatic control shall be implemented for grid rotary circulation, slag removal and decontamination.

5. With automatic, inching, emergency stop, cut-off and other control functions, convenient operation and maintenance.

6. Each trash cleaning machine is equipped with a set of control box (indoor). All electrical components are domestic and foreign famous brand products, and PLC interface can be reserved according to user requirements.

7. With mechanical and electrical double overload protection device.

 

We developed a wide range of automatic bar screens manufactured on demand, in order to bring a personalized machine to the client. The width, the height of waste evacuation, the number of rakes for removing waste from the screen, are all adjustable regarding the client project.

 


Rotary bar screen machines are customized according to the user's requirements for water flow rate, channel width, channel depth, and required rake tooth spacing.

 

Our Denor Rotary Mechanical Bar Screen can be widely used in the treatment of municipal sewage. Tap water industry, power plant intake, but also can be used as textile, food processing, paper, leather and other industries in the wastewater treatment process of the front sieve equipment, is currently one of the most commonly used solid-liquid screening equipment.
