Our Rotary Mechanical Bar Screen is a automatic equipment that is installed directly in the channels of wastewater, which can continuously and automatically intercept and remove all kinds of shapes and sundries in the fluid.
The Rotary Mechanical Bar Screen reduces costs and complications for pump stations and wastewater treatment plants by removing channel debris before it can damage downstream equipment.
How it works?
Rotary Bar Screen machine is a unique rake assembled into a group of revolving grille chains. Under the drive of the motor reducer, the chain of the rake chain turns against the water flow.
When the rake teeth chain runs to the upper part of the equipment , due to the guide of the groove wheel and the bending rail , a relatively self - cleaning movement is generated between each group of rakes. Most of the solid matters fall by gravity , and the other part is used for cleaning the sundries stuck on the rake teeth by the reverse motion of the sweeper .
