An inline sewage grinder is a device installed directly into a pipeline to shred and reduce solid waste in wastewater. Its primary function is to reduce the size of solids in raw sewage or process streams to prevent clogging, protect downstream equipment, and improve overall plant efficiency.

The in-line channel grinder fits most existing in-line equipment or piping applications and does not require additional piping or modifications to the piping system. They protect municipal and commercial sewer systems, industrial facilities, and hospitals from costly damage and maintenance issues by ensuring efficient flow and operation.

How it works:

 

Direct pipeline installation:

Unlike channel grinders, an inline wastewater grinder is integrated into the wastewater pipe system itself.

Powerful shredding:

It uses a robust twin-shaft mechanism or cartridge cutter system to crush and shred solids into smaller, manageable particles.

Straight-through flow:

The design allows for a straight-through path for the processed fluids and solids, preventing interference with the grinding process.
