Applications include:
Homes and commercial buildings: Domestic wastewater from bathrooms and kitchens, especially those without fine filtration.
Hotels, hospitals, and schools: Wastewater from these locations often contains hair, rags, and sanitary items, which can easily clog conventional pumps.
Food processing and catering: Handling wastewater containing debris, grease, and fibers (such as vegetable leaves).
Animal husbandry: Handling wastewater containing feed residues, animal manure, and bedding.
Industrial: Handling industrial wastewater containing impurities such as fibers, paper pulp, and plastic film.
Conditions of use:
1. The medium temperature does not exceed +40℃, the intermittent use (no longer than 5 minutes) is +70℃, the density is 1.0～1.3kg/dm3, and the pH value is in the range of 5～9.
2. For pumps without internal gravity circulation cooling system, the motor part shall not exceed 1/2 exposed above the liquid surface.
3. In general, the pump must be used within the operating head range to ensure that the motor is not overloaded. If it needs to be used within the full head range, it should be specified when ordering so that the manufacturer can manufacture it.
4. During operation, the motor current must not exceed the rated current of the motor.
