The high flow submersible sewage pump is a high-end submersible sewage pump designed based on a highly efficient hydraulic model. It is not designed to address clogging issues (like a grinder/cutter pump), but rather to address stability and longevity issues under high-flow, high-load, and continuous operating conditions.

In a conventional single‑suction submersible pump, axial thrust creates unbalanced forces that accelerate bearing wear and reduce operational life—especially under continuous high‑load conditions.

 

The double‑suction configuration fundamentally solves this:

  • Dual‑inlet design draws fluid from both sides of the impeller simultaneously.
  • Axial thrust is inherently cancelled due to balanced pressure distribution.
  • Results in smoother operation, reduced vibration, and extended mechanical lifespan.
