Wastewater Lifting Equipment
The integrated intelligent underground wastewater lifting equipment adopts a compact integrated device to automatically operate and discharge underground sewage. There is no need to worry about the frequent maintenance of the sewage pump. It is composed of a water storage tank, a sewage pump, a check valve, a water distributor, a solid-liquid separation device, a backwashing device, safety devices and accessories.
The specifications of the pumping station can be flexibly selected according to user needs. Our Denor also have larger packaged pumping station systems (also called integrated pumping station systems).
Sewage lifting unit by Denor: our Sewage Lifting Device includes built-in type and external type, single or double pump stations, Stainless Steel, PE, or GRP materials.
A typical lifting equipment is designed with a collecting tank housing a lifting device – usually a pump. For increased operating reliability some systems are also fitted with two pumps. Should one pump fail, continued operation is ensured.
Waste water and grey water lifting units by Denor provide reliable drainage below the flood level at all times in stationary or transportable installation, whether it is domestic waste water, municipal waste water or stormwater, waste water with or without faeces.
Sewage Lifting Systems VS Sewage Grinder Systems
The main difference is the function and requirements of the pump. While both systems move sewage and wastewater upward, grinder pumps can do more than lift pumps.
A grinder pump is different from a sewage lift pump. Each sewage grinder pump contains a cutting mechanism to process solids effectively. Sewage lift pumps lack this mechanism, so they cannot process harder solids. Additionally, grinder pumps are more powerful than lift pumps, letting them move wastewater to higher points.
Wastewater Lifting Equipment Applications
Wastewater lifting units serve basement bathrooms, commercial building additions, industrial facility expansions, municipal pump stations, and any application where gravity drainage to the main sewer system is not possible due to elevation constraints.
