Sewage Lifting Device

Sewage lifting device can transport foul and waste water from toilets, bidets, showers, washbasins, bathtubs and even washing machines. The collection tank, made from polyethylene(PE), is produced in rotational moulding. Diverse connection possibilities are already provided. The pump unit is made from grey cast iron and fully floodable. The automatic level control is done via pneumatic level detection with back-pressure switch. Reinforced polyethylene construction withstands ground pressure and mechanical stress. Customizable on your demand.

Our Denor Sewage Lifting Device includes built-in type and external type, single or double pump stations. Whereby the second pump in the double unit is used for operational safety and is switched on at peak load. The pumps in our lifting units have either a free-flow impeller with a free passage of 50 to 100 mm for solids contained in the medium or a cutting unit for shredding solids. A sufficiently large free passage or a cutting unit ensure blockage-free operation of the units.

In small sewage lifting units, the hydraulic system is installed inside the tank; in large units it is installed outside the tank. Water level sensors are integrated in the collecting tank to monitor and control the pumps in combination with a control system. The pumps are started and stopped as a function of the water level.

Sewage Lifting Device is a facility used to lift sewage from a lower place to a higher place. In some cases, due to terrain or other reasons, sewage cannot flow into sewage treatment facilities or discharge points by natural gravity, so it needs to be lifted to a sufficient height by lifting pumping station.
Waste water Lifting Device is a sewage pump and collection tank, control device, and related pipe fittings valve composed of a system for lifting and transporting waste sewage below the sewer or far from the municipal pipe network. It can effectively solve or avoid the problems existing in traditional sump pits.
