Applications
The Mechanical Bar Screens, also known as a Mechanical Rakes or Mechanical Screens, are automated filtration devices used in water and wastewater treatment plants. It automatically intercepts and removes suspended, large solid debris from water flow using mechanical means, thus protecting the stable operation of subsequent treatment equipment and processes.
Our mechanical bar screen are mechanical fully automatic screen used for liquid/solid separation in the pre-treatment stage. It is mainly applied for municipal, district WWTP pre-treatment stage, municipal rainwater and sewage pumping station, waterworks and cooling water from power plant. This unit has been widely applied in textile, printing and dyeing, food, aquatic product, paper-making, slaughter, tannery wastewater treatment process.
